We are ready to adjust our standard rental qualifications to help your family. To keep our promise, new rental pre-qualifications are: 1. Gross Income before taxes equals 2.5 month of rent; 2. March/April/ May income is not to consider in calculating average monthly income when assessing the applicants; 3. After the applicants pass successful interview with our Leasing Manager, we may accept one month deposit from good-fit candidate if credit score is lower than 600; 4. We may lower security deposit requirement to the out-of-state applicants; 5. ONLY ONE APPLICATION FEE per HOUSEHOLD.
