To be honest with you. Originally this was going to be a 1 or 2 star Review. I had issues as a renter with Mila Realty early in my lease due to the property being advertised as fully furnished but when I moved across the country to the property I found out the day I came into the property that it was not fully furnished at all and had to struggle to find accomidations.
That being said. Over time the house has had some issues and Tina Monroe in particular the main contact for all the maintance has been top notch in responding and getting things fixed at the property. It is the swiftness of their maintence and communication that raised it to 4 stars and the whole reason I agred to renew for another year here.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Mila Realty property management company. They have been proactive, responsible, and highly organized in overseeing my properties in Orlando. What I appreciate most is that they handle everything seamlessly, ensuring operations run smoothly without requiring any direct tenant interaction from me.
Their communication is clear, timely, and transparent, and they take ownership of any issues that arise. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my property is being professionally managed and maintained to a high standard. Tina is one of the PM and she is wonderful and transparent with her communication and support.

We just recently moved into a Mila managed property and have been working directly with Kenneth. He has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He’s very personable and never makes us feel rushed or unheard. We have run into a few issues since moving in; he has stayed on top of everything and seen every issue all the way through! I can’t praise Mila and their team enough!

This is a reference for TINA MONROE of Mila Realty. Tina has been managing our property for several months, I have found her to be very professional in the manner she does and reports on inspections, remits photographs and provides helpful comments for an absentee owner such as myself. She is very courteous and helpful, we are pleased to have such a good property manager. Going forward I think Tina will do well in her career and should be an asset to Mila Realty.
