“I’m working with Mila Reality since June 2018. Valentina helped me a lot with the moving process, she quickly analyzed the properties and updated all the rent leases of my properties (3) which were about 20-25% below market value.
Repair cost and frequency were also significantly reduced. For the first time I stopped paying for repairs that were not under a regular wear and tear, and were caused by tenants.
Contact person for important or urgent issues is usually Valentina. For repairs issues, even for big repairs with my properties in Arizona, I contact Steven who is also very nice and helpful person. For statements, HOA notices or website/app etc issues you can contact Olga or office@.
In regards to the response time, I would say that in general in the properties management business, response time can be slow.
When I compare it to the three other property management firms I worked with (Florida and Arizona), I believe Mila Reality has the most reliable and responsible service so far – I rarely needed to send reminders or chase people there. Also office@ can direct you to the person you need for unique tasks or information you require (accounting/lawyers etc), and usually reply in few hours.
About repairs, in general I’m very satisfied. Mila Reality is the only firm that send me few quotes for non-maintenance repairs. Also, it seems they not engaged only with one repair company, so you always get the best prices – as they are not selling you to their owned/partnered repair company – this is happening at many other properties management firms. Maintenance prices are usually around 100$-200$, and occurring 2-3 times a year per property. But if it’s tenant responsibility/property abuse, they will not deduct it from your account.
In addition, not once, Steven and Valentina would check when was the last repair, or when the item was replaced to see if its still under warranty. Also something I didn’t encountered at other firms.
Summarizing, I would say Mila Reality is a very fair, responsible and professional firm. Their main benefit is for keeping your rent high, expenses low, keep you out of troubles, and save you precious time in supervising/babysitting your properties management firm.
